- Open discussion on New Markets, Products/Services, Operations, and Culture,
- Access to Group Intellectual Insight, Intuitive knowledge and power (you may need or want to do this first before the Formulation stage),
- Collation, then MAKE sure you hold another meeting addressing any concerns,
