Simplified Top-Down Review (FOR DIY)
Step 1: Ask yourself what type of Leadership/Business/Entrepreneurial Style you utilised and did well, Rate yourself (self-awareness, self- honesty are key for development, improvement and growth)
Let's look at these styles objectively and give yourself a rating out of 10/ or ranking of cards in your hand your playing into the market! (e.g. Are you king/Queen of Hearts in the market etc)

1/ Enterprise Strategy,
2/ Corporate Strategy,
3/ Business Strategy (N.B. Business level 1-2 (sub $ 10 Million,) 1/ and 2/ and 3/ collapse into one),
4/ Marketing (and Sales) Strategy,
5/ Financial Structure and Strategy,
6/ Functional Strategy.
Repeat step 1 in Table format for each Strategy level (Self-evaluation for greater awareness and self- honesty!....with the table above!)

Step 3 Top Down: Begin Long Term Research
1/ Macro Forces, e.g. social, political, economy, new markets,

3/ Business Dynamics, Internal/External, (Utilise Porter's 7 Forces as a starting point, there are many diagnostic tools and techs to begin the process)!
