Micro metrics for Sales improvement...why?...

Metrics, accountability, and review are part of the process to ensure you are on track with your Sales. And, developing in the right direction.


Like Olympic athlete coaches they are constantly recording micro metrics (e.g. Michael Phelps's coach was insistent on recording a “little bit of progress every day and week”, and using his stopwatch continuously, the results 23 gold medals, speak for themselves).


Usain Bolt, needed to work on his first leg of the 100 meters, his coach was focusing on his every step of the first 20-30 meters, because he knew, going into, and once in  the 2nd and 3rd stages of the 100 m, he couldn’t be beaten.


Result: WR 9.58 sec, still holds today 15 years later…!


Micro metrics are important!
