This is a process of learning, overcoming, and becoming more than you could ever thought possible. The first part of this course 3 chapter, levels and masteries are about your character, resilience, thought process, self-awareness, realisation, and actualisation.
Which is founded on the principle of development, improvement and growth (DIG), and thus, Stages of Progression from: Problems to Challenges to Opportunities:
How to process through Stage 1:
Exercise 3.1 Identify issue e.g. not enough sales, market is hypercompetitive, supply costs are on the rise (inflation), staff mental strength is underdeveloped (not enough motivation, lack of emotional, mental and psychological maturation??!), property rent prices are too high, not enough population density and so on (External and Internal, list only 3 of both to begin with.)

Stage 2:
Review end objectives, see chapter 2.1. Then, use Visualisation-meditation exercise in chapter 1 to access the Universal Mind-Infinite Intelligence (or your own) for strategies and solutions. Write your insights you were given and note.
NB: you may only be given small number of jigsaw pieces and not the complete road map. You may have to develop your curious, adventurous and explorer self even further.
Stage 3: Exercise 3.2
Utilise your native and natural intelligence's for critical thinking, and intuitive insight and power to think through methodology and approach and its application.

Problems to challenges to Opportunities are easier to process through, once no longer in your mind and onto paper, as you become less emotional, more detached and see from afar and a distance.
