Various leadership styles are required even more in this late stage of capitalism as we come to realise we are on the decline with old social and business structures are breaking down or not working (see decline in pregnancy, childbirth, population, marriage, (essentially a population bulge moving along the age timeline)


and GDP rates for first world economies Australia 1.8%, source IMF,



This break down has many various factors and levers, tech advancement and pace, social norms, immigration systems (values and moral melting pots) and so on..


This will require many different leadership styles (see our The Seven Genius Entrepreneur's styles in our blog's from over 2 years ago...or our book at amazon on how to develop and improve these aspects for your organisation and yourself.), however there are some simple and easy characteristic styles we see over and over that seem to be consistent with success with our clients.


The Strategic Thinker is a must now, as you will need the foundational attribute to think "Laterally, Circularly and Holistically", AND, both Top Down and Bottom up, with excellent analysis of their industry, markets and clients/customers. The leadership type is a expert Captain for plotting a course through turbulent and very dynamic times.

The Intuitive Powerhouse (another characteristic or trump card in your card deck) has innate hunches, ideas and insights naturally without even trying (you could make the argument it comes from 10+ years in the same business or industry and funnels from the unconscious to the sub conscious to the conscious mind). The Visionary (I have this aspect, e.g. I started the process of selling my Investment advisory company 18 months before '08 crash!) has the ability or characteristic to see multiple versions (now called "timelines") of the same theme play out (the end point) in different versions, and of course which is the best most balanced way for the best interest of All. This requires being very grounded, integrated, REAL world, practical and pragmatic otherwise it's quite easy to get lost in the "Infinite Potentialities" of possibilities.

The Digital-Information AGE (coming to the Age of Wisdom and Empowerment) has quite a few advantages for the business-organisation leader available, research and information gathering (not necessarily good analysis though) can be quite quick and thorough (I am not convinced of AI search engines, STAR is old school/traditional (depth and breadth analysis than Christmas wrapping data gathering), and would rather go to the data itself and see its authenticity).


So you will need high level of discernment for assessing the quality of information for analysis and evaluation for your decision making due to the amount of noise to quality and pertinent information ratio!


HINT: Use Old school, current school and future school methodologies and approaches when you are making you're analysis, assessment and evaluation stages for your FUTURE Directions (e.g. 26/27).


At some stage you will notice, you will have to make a decision (In the new world) and you may find yourself deciding and leaning on your old way of decision making, however, try and include new aspects your developing (dont get left behind). And see what happens.. a unique blend of old and new that will assist you!
