This is the classical archetype for Entrepreneurs, and it is true, that most we come across have this skill, attribute, and qualities. It is quite high for those who create their own business. Sometimes it’s not necessarily a new product or service for the existing market or even creating a new market. It can be a vision for a new life for themselves and/or their family.
This style of Entrepreneurialism can be a deep well resource for motivation to start and move through insurmountable odds and difficulties. We all have challenges, and this is normal for life, so they have developed this quality to a high level, and keep this “North Star” vividly in their mind.
Some qualities may include insight and seeing new markets and industry trends forming, future forecasting and future-proofing, and day-to-day operational actions that will give high productive gains. E.g more touch points with the market.
It is also important to develop 3 components of this trait, short-term (0- 1 year), medium-term (1-3-5 years), long-term (5+ years). So your visionary aspect of Sales Entrepreneurism is well-balanced. That is, you can see your industry forces in play, and normal sales requirements to hit yearly-monthly targets.
