Their client base was massive, thousands upon thousands of clientele from old people, to large offices, and even industrial buildings. We asked them who they enjoyed working with and the High Profit and Low Maintenance Clientele – HPLM (see chapter 5)


Once we established, the companies HPLM clientele, we instigated a direct marketing campaign. Which included loyalty programs and regular sign up of services than adhoc contacting from them. Within a week we establish new appointments for services and their revenue quickly rose.


Utilising tangible and intangible data and information will allow you to make quick informed decisions for a jump in top line revenue, especially if your business is over 10 years!
