Culture Building...Past and Present (See Part 1 here)
Understanding and awareness of the group and individual culture (or even small team) mental framework is another key skill you will have to understand for greater influence for productivity, collaboration and synergistic outcomes.
The group identiy to the individual (the way one see's themselves) and the individual to the group indentity principle is an imperative. Or in this instance, the business and organisation values, morals, integrity, objectives can they be easily assimilated, enhanced and lived by the TEAM!!
That is, the intangible self inside how to adapt to the culture of the group level or the bigger organisation level will be a paramount skill and awareness for the emotional Leadership style to be developed and shown to the individual. So the individuated self (self autonomy) can be easily expressed and heard within the framework of the organisation.
People need to voice and express and not supppress. And once "cleared the air", then people will have more emotional space and bandwidth to embody. embed and imbue a new emotional, mental business framework!

Building a new culture or making wholelsale improvements will require a culturual plan based on simple formulaic structure that include the Intangibles and Tangibles. And you can't be all Intangibles (e.g. people skills and marketing skills) with NO Tangibles (business metrics, e.g. top line, bottom line, ROC-ROA-ROI-ROE).
This unique blend (intangibles with tangibles) will be KEY for your business development plan...
