The Race to the Bottom (business fixed and variable costs application) coupled with the Race to the Infinite (learn all their is to learn, know all there is know, create all their is to create, profit and experience all their is to profit and experience from, (Business contextual application)) well be even more prominent with the

"Dawn of the AI" era.

This is simply the next step from the Dawn of Technology that was started in the 70's from the the Industrial revolution in the mid 1920's and so on....

Thus its an imperative to embrace this change for protection, advancement and profit..(don't be left behind).

So, how do we systematically protect and profit from this new era. Simple steps (If you haven't started yet):

1/ First the mental set and mindset, must be of a positive note (not a doomer mentality),

2/ KISSNS- keep it strategically simple but not simplistic,

3/ Within your strategic plan, have a sub set strategy called, "Strategic AI utilisation", then put dot points down, no more than 5 for ideas, to strategies and solutions, (At star we already doing this for clients),

4/ Choose 1-2 mini/micro projects (with metrics) and BEGIN,

5/ Build knowledge bank, systems and skill in these areas,

6/ Choose a pacing, rate of change, speed and implementation, choose "Easy does it", (e.g. 6/10 on the treadmill) sometimes called "Business Run Rate to Business Running Capacity",

7/ Understand their will be some false starts, tripping on stones, and false pathways, like your walking in a maze and you go down the wrong path, and back tread! (And that's OK!).

This simplest place to start is your internal systems, have a look at your industry and similar cross industries. see blog above, for more ideas where and how to start.
