Overview of BLUE Ocean Strategies (BOS):

Process of BOS, Development, Implement and Integration.
Step one:
Develop your unique points of differentiation and then to Innovative Value (Blue Ocean Strategy-BOS). Go to part 1 of the course if you need help as mentioned above.
Linking Innovation to Value and simplicity:
- Build brand or advertising or Sales (and or Marketing plan) around Innovative Value (see exercise 4.1 below)
- Develop at least 3+ target markets for products/services, with current needs/wants/desires (NWD) or solutions.
- Create and fill in Market Segmentation Variables for your Brand, BOS and Innovative Value.
Time to Build more foundations for Sales Growth!
Integration and Application:
Do Exercise (below) 4.1 and 4.2…to build your Brand integrated with BOS!
