The evolution of the "Enterprise" over the last 100 years has evolved at breathtaking pace, causing considerable pressure on the "Leadership and Culture" evolution to happen faster for the senior executives, owners, entrepreneurs and leaders of the industry.

Now in a global tech and immigration world, the leaders have to revisit their foundational Leadership and Culture development, improvement and growth skills, abilities, talents and programs at a foundation level.

So now, its even more important you revisit your Culture statement, Mission and Vision statement, so you keep your mental, emotional and social responsibility clear, clean and focused on the positive outcomes your contributing to the community. 2/ Socially successful, moral, sustainable and of value,
3/ Environtmentally successful, moral, sustainable and of value,
To ALL of the stakeholders.
Moving up the curve (from 80th to 90th percentile for your industry), requires multiple qualities, beliefs and mindsets. The right blend of:
1/ Emotional, Mental and Psychological maturity (being objective, detached, thoughtful, considerate, intuitive insightful, disciplined, mental strength, forthright, straight and true and so on),
2/ Business, Industry and Entrepreneurial Maturity and Expertise:
- Understand foundational forces at Macro level (supply-demand e.g. simple population growth rates and strains on infrastructures),
- Industry level (growth rates of innovation and replacement e.g. AI),
- Business level (Culture, Blue Ocean strategies, Best Practice standards and Performance driven to local and inner ecoculture ambience),
I spent 5 years as a Executive coach (to then Business Coaching to now, Business Consulting) after I sold my first "Investment Advisory Company", sitting down with senior Executives was always curious, to see they hadnt considered which layers (blind to the obvious, e.g. too much infrastructure pressure would cause chaos and disruption) they had been ignoring.
Thus, objectivity and top down analysis is one of key tools at your disposal.....
Development, Improvement and Integration Pace must be at "Easy Does it" pace, think 6/10 on the tread mill for your business DIG (Development, Improvement and Growth). Otherwise external pressures and forces can set you back 1-5-10 years!....
Australia is a rich country with great innovation (CSIRO invented WIFI) and a "Can DO, Will DO, Have Done" mentality, with one of its core pillars of "In the best interest of ALL".
You the leaders of business and industry are the key players for social FABRIC integration maturity with Business and Industry Expertise and Values. With ingenuity on all aspects of your business will keep Australia moving and pathing forward with great alignment to old and true values of:
Integrity, honesty, insight, awareness, acceptance and openness whilst still being pragmatic to the conditions at hand.
