Digital God "AI" for business PT 4....

AI's development curve is becoming even more exponential and geometric (Due to the size of VC's and volume of funding and IPO launches), and we are receiving more enquiries about not just the benefits but HOW, Where, What rather than just why.
Here are our previous posts to build your knowledge banking for AI so this post will have more context in your Business AI mind bank (i.e. more jigsaw pieces in your business plan and mind's eye, thus foundational knowledge).
We see concerns about AI "taking over industries or even our society" (existential threat). The top AI experts are concerned and bringing awareness to our society. However, if we focus on excellent governance, policy ( I wrote to our local members with 3+ links to the top world AI experts talking seriously about the multi-level threat of AI, business, industry, military, banking/economic, technology and finally civilisation).
And within 3 business days they changed their tone from casual (on their website) to a more sophisticated and thorough approach on governance, so if you are concerned always-always contact your local member (with excellent or exceptional evidence and facts...ie "more light than heat!").
So, let's look at some simple practicalities for successful applications, going deeper and more pragmatic for your organisation:
PART 1: Origin and Genesis Stage.
Stage 1: Functional Strategy Situational Analysis (see previous post here where Functional strategy sits within the overall situational business kaizen process),
Stage 2: Opportunity Mind Set meets Business Evaluation looking for (as mentioned in previous posts)
- Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Customer Service etc for quick savvy gains
and long-term strategic advantages,
Stage 3: Strategy and Applications with right software, SOP development (standard operating procedure) and correct workflow adaption,
Stage 4: Deploy (In house) Test cases, analyse, evaluate and incremental improvement.
PART 2: REAL WORLD WORKS stage.
Stage 5: Choose easy "Real World" test cases no more than say 10, and assess, then broaden scope if success greater than 50%!
Stage 6 : Build your team from stage 2/ 3 onwards (remember investing in your staff (see this blog- Culture and Leadership Fundamentals...past/present/future Successes pt5)
Stage 7: Start deployment for Scale, from 10 to 100 to 1000 to 10,000 then 100,000. This number makes it easy for KPI and metric evaluations, ie you can do it in a nanosecond in your mind, while you're driving home.
Stage 8: Perfect to 80% within your SOP, then begin new facet for your business, i.e. from Marketing to say Sales, so you now have say a "AI SOP" Marketing" at 90% efficiency and Sales a "AI SOP" at 70%.
With monthly Functional strategy sessions with AI as topic with assessments.
Stage 9: Once both are now over 90% efficiency and effectiveness, begin a new "AI SOP" project in a completely different facet/area of your business, say HR etc,
