Your Culture and Values statement and plan should now be quite mature and well implemented (See Below on step by step how to..)
The Core Values of living these principle's will require considerable contemplative skills and depth insight for YOU the Leader and your senior executives. A regular view of your Business plan (at least once a week), to keep it as a NORTH STAR, for viewing (and editing) to keep oneself focused on the why? (Enterprise Strategy).
This viewing will be reenergising, empowering and view it as a source of inspiration, foundational and back to basics on whats needed for and if:
1/ What's my next step?
2/ Why are we experiencing roadblocks, steep hills or high hurdles? (Macro Forces, Industry and Business),
3/ How has the landscape changed for new evaluations and strategic steps?
4/ Where to allocate and spend resources (technology, human, financial, time etc)?
5/ Correct Metric evaluation and strategising,
6/ Utilise our process "STAR's" (https://www.starbusinessconsulting.net/services)
Step 1: Explore, Discover, Research (EDR),
Step 2: Formulate, Plan and Implement (FPI),
Step 3: Monitor, Review and Improve (MRI).
This process can be as simple as 1 page of notes on the back of your Business Plan page of your culture plan/values or YOU could do your first full review of your business plan, and in this instance go deeper and broader for your Culture and Leadership Plan and statement.
Here is Harvard simple analysis of Major Styles of Culture and Leadership for your perusal. Allocate a percentage your currently are, then think about what the right percentage after your evaluation what are the right steps going forward from above!
