There is considerable concern of lack of control with values and morals of these AI agents, however, one of the key components is NOT allow cross system interactions. That is Silo agents! How will this look given human nature to test the limits?....
Can AI Agents fulfill any of the tasks of "Attention-Authenticity-Loyalty" for your market and customers. Due to the early stages of this new era, their are many predictions with many agendas fueling them!....

And, customer service is well underway, so consider the strengths and applications for simple customer service....you can see it everywhere.
An a interesting podcast I saw from a world leader in AI, there will be "Family AI Agents", that will fulfill daily/weekly tasks for the family unit. Essentially a Personal Assistant AI agent (not just for your PC and diary tasks and search engine) but all mundane tasks as we become even more digitised.
This inner need for psychological fulfillment, being part of 2 million+ years of human development with the social and technological overlays and inter-plays in the current market, gives rise to new opportunities.
Lets consider some insights for you:
- more frequent touch points (See our Omni Channel posts),
- greater service through follow ups (reminders through AI),
- research depth into your industry and vertical/horizontal channels,
- Create events to make contact and network with new industries,
- Create industry associations or platforms for social, ecological changes with your organisation being the "PEAK BODY",
- Build awareness, understanding and benefits of "Intangible" deliverables to the community,
- Announce a "Community Driven" legacy format for a new service that your in the "Research, Development, Formulation" stage and require input and feed back. Then set up a program around this.
Utilising these three new economies of Attention, Authenticity and Loyalty as a core building block for your Brand building dove tailed and synergised with your Blue Ocean Strategies will assist you to be ahead of the curve for some time.
Be Strategic, for Future Proofing of profits.....Your enterprise is deeper, broader, richer than just your product and service....Collaborate with your Markets..improving your Attention-Authenticity and Loyalty with them!
