This combined with Blue Ocean strategy (Innovative Value including new pricing matrix structures) can create a whole new strategic placement for your products and services. How can you develop this style and aspect as a business owner, or CEO?....Simple...
Imagine you're the consumer (now and in the future), or solving a need instantly, create excitement experience, activate a trigger point that part of Maslow's Motivational Model (foundational human Psychological Needs). This is taught in first year marketing for business students, that is, what are the needs, wants and desires of consumers and customers.
Do Future forecasting and foreshadowing, utilise Left Brain (analytics, research, formulations) with Right Brain (Imagination, creativity and Inventiveness), and the final level the synergy of LB and RB for higher access!
